GDC-9560B Power System Insulation Oil Gas Chromatograph Analyzer
GDC-9560B Gas Chromatograph Analyzer is to analyze the gas content of insulation oil by gas chromatographic method. It is effective to judge if the running equipment has potential fault like over-heat, discharge or not, to ensure the safety of power grid. It is also necessary to be used for manufacturer of gas/oil equipment to inspect their equipment before leaving factory.
Gas chromatography analysis technology is a technique for separation and analysis of multi-component mixtures. It mainly uses the difference of boiling point, polarity and adsorption coefficient of each component in the sample in the column, so that the components are separated in the column, and the separated components are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.
The gas chromatograph uses a gas as the mobile phase (carrier gas). When the sample is sent to the injector and vaporized, it is carried by the carrier gas into the packed column or capillary column due to the boiling point, polarity and adsorption coefficient of each component in the sample. The difference is that the components are separated in the column, and then the detectors connected to the column are sequentially detected according to the physicochemical characteristics of the components, and finally the converted electrical signals are sent to the chromatographic workstation. The gas chromatogram of each component is recorded and analyzed by a chromatographic workstation to obtain analysis results of each component.
● It adopts the advanced 10/100M adaptive Ethernet communication interface and built-in IP protocol stack, which enables the instrument to easily realize long-distance data transmission through the internal LAN and the Internet. It facilitates the setup of the laboratory and simplifies the laboratory. The configuration facilitates the management of analytical data.
● Design of 3 independent connection processes. It can be connected with local processing (laboratory), more convenient for supervisors to monitor running status and analyze the results.
● The optional NetChromTM workstation can simultaneously support multiple chromatographs for data processing and control, simplifying document management and minimizing user lab investment and operating expenses.

● The temperature control area can be freely named by the user, which is convenient for users.
● Using a multiprocessor parallel working mode, more stable and reliable. It meets complex sample analysis. Equipped with a variety of high-performance detectors such as FID, TCD, ECD, and FPD. Up to four tests can be installed at the same time. It is also possible to use the detector addition method, which is convenient to purchase and install other detectors after the instrument is purchased.
● The instrument adopts modular structure, designed and replaced, easy to upgrade and protect the effectiveness of investment.
● The new microcomputer temperature control system has high temperature control precision and superior reliability and anti-interference performance. It has six completely independent temperature control systems, which can realize 16-step temperature programming, which makes the equipment more capable of sample analysis. It has an automatic rear door opening system for the oven, which improves the accuracy of low temperature control and increases the speed of rising/lowering.
● The instrument can be equipped with advanced electronic flow controller (EFC) and electronic pressure controller (EPC) to realize digital control, which can greatly improve the reproducibility of qualitative and quantitative results.
● The instrument design timing self-starting program can easily complete online analysis of gas samples (requires online automatic injection parts).
● The operating system of the whole microcomputer control keyboard is simple and convenient to operate; and the automatic identification technology of the detector is designed. With fault diagnosis and power-off data protection, the parameters can be automatically memorized.
● The instrument has built-in low noise, high resolution 24-bit AD circuit with baseline storage and baseline subtraction.
● Collect chromatographic signals and data processing, suitable for WinXP, Win2000, Windows7 and other operating systems. Sampled data is read from CDF files that meet A/A (American Analytical Society) standards, so it can be used with Agilent, Waters and other chromatography workstations.
● Chromatographic system with completely independent intellectual property rights, with standard interface of MODBUS/TCP, can be easily docked with DCS.
● The instrument can be connected with auto sampler produced by many domestic and foreign manufacturers; such as Shimadzu AOC-20i, HTA company's HT series high-efficiency liquid, gas auto sampler.
