The HVHIPOT Team has recently successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the GDGA-PS-OL transformer online chromatography device purchased by Guilin Power Generation Company. With the rapid development of the power industry, the safe operation of transformers has become increasingly important. The introduction of online chromatography equipment for transformers enables real-time monitoring of dissolved gases in transformer oil and timely detection of potential fault risks.
Firstly, the team conducted a comprehensive investigation of the site to ensure that the installation location of the equipment meets safety and technical requirements. Subsequently, the technicians successfully completed the installation of the online chromatography device according to the plan.
During the debugging phase, the technical team of HV HIPOT carefully inspected the various functions of the equipment to ensure its normal operation. Through close cooperation with technical personnel from Guilin Power Generation Company, the team promptly resolved various technical issues encountered during the commissioning process, creating favorable conditions for the smooth operation of the equipment.
After installation and debugging, our technical personnel provided systematic training for the operators of Guilin Power Generation Company. The training content includes equipment operation procedures, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting, aiming to enhance employees’ professional skills and equipment usage efficiency.
