Recently, HV HIPOT was invited to Yunnan Mining Company to debug its newly purchased GD8000C-SF6 quantitative leakage monitoring and alarm system, which reflects the cooperation between the two parties in production safety protection and highlights the industry status of HV HIPOT.
Yunnan Mining Company has strict requirements for production safety. SF6 gas is commonly used in power equipment, but leakage will threaten personnel safety and equipment operation. The monitoring and alarm system provided by HV HIPOT integrates advanced sensor technology and intelligent algorithms, and can monitor the concentration of SF6 gas in real time and accurately. Once a leak is detected, it will sound and light alarms, and transmit the information wirelessly to the staff’s mobile terminal for timely response to avoid safety accidents.
HV HIPOT sent senior engineers to Yunnan Mining Company. Before departure, the team formulated a detailed debugging plan based on the actual working conditions and equipment layout of Yunnan Mining Company. After arriving at the site, the system components were quickly installed and debugged. From sensor positioning to software parameter calibration, each link followed a high-standard process. During the debugging period, technical personnel of Yunnan Mining Company were also trained to ensure that they can operate and maintain the system proficiently and ensure the stable operation of the system.
In the future, HV HIPOT will continue to innovate, develop better equipment, and cooperate with more partners to help safe production in various industries.
