The important role of phase detector in electric power system

The high-voltage wireless phase nuclear detector has strong anti-interference performance, meets the requirements of (EMC) standards, and is suitable for various electromagnetic field interference occasions. The measured high-voltage phase signal is taken out by the collector, processed and sent out directly. It is received by the phase instrument and compared with the phase, and the result after the phase is qualitative. Because this product is wireless transmission, it is truly safe, reliable, fast and accurate, and is suitable for various phase occasions.

The phase is a very important link in electric power engineering. The high-voltage wireless phase instrument is the phase instrument used, which is light, fast and accurate. Generally, when in use, the phase cores are under the same voltage, which is undoubtedly no problem. In addition to normal phase verification at the same voltage level, the high-voltage wireless phase verification instrument can also be used across voltage levels!

Phase detector test method:

1. Indoor calibration method

a. Take out the transmitter X and transmitter Y and connect the output rod (built-in transmitting antenna), and connect the transmitter X and the transmitter hook with two small clips at one end of the test line provided by the instrument. After one end is plugged into a 220V power supply (because the 220V one-phase live wire is changed to a double live wire, the voltage is low), turn on the power switch of the receiver. After the waveform appears, the instrument can be considered normal.

2. On-site use

a. Before use, the work requirements of the “Preventive Test Regulations for Electric Safety Tools” must be followed.

b. Connect the transmitter X and the transmitter Y to the insulating rods respectively (the extension length of the insulating rods depends on the voltage)

c. Turn on the power switch of the receiver, and the receiver will automatically track and display the waveform curves of X and Y phases. Display the phase difference between X and Y phases. (≤±20 degrees are in-phase, >20 degrees are out-of-phase) and show in-phase or out-of-phase.

Precautions

1. On-site operations must comply with the work requirements of the “Power Safety Tool Pre-Test Regulations”

2. Avoid using radio transmitters (walkie-talkies, etc.) at the same time during use, so as not to interfere with the receiver.
